Standard Specifications of FUJI Press Bearings
● Main Materials:
We use materials such as steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
The inner and outer rings are heat-treated to achieve ideal wear resistance and impact resistance.
● Load Capacity:
It varies depending on mounting, arrangement, and lubricant, but we offer types for light-, medium-, and heavy-load applications.
● Lubricant:
We use oil or grease. Upon request, we can also support low-temperature and high-temperature grease.
Omni Wheel
Omni Wheel for Smooth Multi-Directional Movement in Any Flow
The omni wheel enables movement in multiple directions through a combination of two rotations: the rotation of the wheel body on the shaft (forward/backward movement) and the rotation of the barrel-shaped rollers around the circumference (side-to-side movement). This allows even large containers to be moved easily in any direction with minimal force. FUJI omni wheel are available in four types, from heavy-load to light-load, to suit your application.

● Applications: Powering the Next Era of Material Handling
As labor shortages and rising labor costs become global challenges, we are convinced that the emergence of AGVs (automated guided vehicles) will transform the next “material-handling culture.”
This wheel is ideal for trace running exactly as programmed via remote control, because it eliminates the wobble caused by the swivel action of general-purpose casters—helping accelerate automation across industries.
● Product Development: From Customer Needs to a New Standard
We have long offered a wheel featuring barrel-shaped rollers tilted at 45° and arranged around the circumference (Ø205 mm, load capacity 980 N / 100 kgf), which has been used in towing-type AGVs and similar applications.
However, customers requested a wheel that could be used on load-carrying AGVs—smaller in diameter yet capable of a higher load capacity. To solve this challenge, we began developing a wheel with an outer diameter of 150 mm and a load capacity of 2,940 N.
● Name Origin: Why “FUJI NINJA WHEEL®”
The name FUJI NINJA WHEEL® was chosen because a wheel that moves in all directions evokes the elusive, “appear-and-disappear” image of a ninja. It also reflects our manufacturing base in Iga City, Mie Prefecture—widely known as the birthplace of ninja culture.
